A reward is offered in the theft of fireworks last month in Laclede County.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the theft of display fireworks from Premier Pyrotechnics, a federal explosives licensee.

Between March 7 and March 20, someone stole display fireworks shells from the business, located in Richland.

Laclede County Sheriff David Millsap said the items taken were described as a Redwing A12 RR valued at $340 and a 16-inch shell of Gold Glittering Crossett valued at $850.
