Cackle Hatchery owners chosen as Christmas Parade grand marshals

The Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce has announced that Clifton and Nancy Smith will be the grand marshals of the 2017 Lebanon Christmas Parade.

According to a press release from the chamber, the Smiths own The Cackle Hatchery and Clifton’s West Side Cafe, both of which are located on Commercial Street. Founded in 1936, The Cackle Hatchery specializes in hatching purebred poultry and shipping day-old chicks directly to post offices across the U.S., including Alaska Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
