Lebanon Police are joining law enforcement statewide March 15-31 to crack down on youth drivers and passengers who don’t wear seat belts.
 
“Local motorists should be prepared for stepped up seat belt enforcement,” Lebanon Police Chief Randy Halstead said in a press release. “We’ll be out there to remind you seat belts can — and do — save lives.”
