Former LPD dispatcher opts for no jury in trial

rmer Lebanon Police Department employee who is scheduled to stand trial later this month has opted to have her case decided by a judge.

On Thursday, Misty Obermark waived her right to a trial by jury. Obermark has been charged with a class C felony of first degree child endangerment and a class C felony of tampering with a victim in connection with an investigation that led to child molestation charges being filed against Duffy Woodman. Woodman has been accused of molesting a child younger than 12 at both his home and Obermark’s, and in early 2016 he was charged  with first-degree statutory sodomy in Laclede County and with two count of first-degree statutory sodomy, two counts of first-degree child molestation and with possession of child pornography in Camden County.
