A local band is looking to take its next step forward with a little help from its fans.

Dawson Hollow is a Lebanon band made up of five siblings: Ben, Aaron, Kyle, John and Rachel Link. Ben is front man for the band, and each of them play multiple instruments and write. Ben and Aaron are the primary writers.

“For the last 15 years, we’ve toured from Florida to Alaska and everything in between,” Rachel said. “Every summer we’ve toured Canada.”

Ben said the siblings have been making music together for 15 years now and have played more than 2,000 concerts.

He said they started small after coming to Lebanon, where they learned to play their instruments, performing bluegrass music at nursing homes and small festivals, and eventually began playing to bigger audiences and touring.
