A burglar broke into a business on Evergreen Parkway Sunday and stole two motorcycles as well as “miscellaneous items.”

Shortly after noon on Sunday, a Lebanon Police officer was dispatched to the 2000 block of Evergreen Parkway, where he spoke with an employee of the business that had been burglarized.

According to a report from the Lebanon Police Department, the employee said that he had been driving past the store when he noticed one of its front windows was “busted out.” The man told the officer that he walked into the business and saw that two motorcycles were missing. One motorcycle was a Honda 1000 valued at $13,990 and the other was a Honda 600 valued at $11,490.

The employee told police that he had locked the store up and set the alarm at 5 p.m. on Saturday. He said that the alarm was not going off or had been tripped.

After speaking with the officer, the employ looked over the store and found that other, “miscellaneous items” had also been taken.
