Earnst Leon Schuenemeyer, 76, of Camdenton, formerly of Richland, died Monday, Jan. 1, 2018, in the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.
He is survived by his wife, Ramona, of the home; his son, Lee Walter Schuenemeyer and wife, Carrie, of Kansas City; two grandsons, Eli Schuenemeyer, of Springfield and Breck Schuenemeyer, of Kansas City; his sister, Mary Louise Simpson, of Lebanon; his mother-in-law, Mabel Phillips Harris, of Lebanon; a brother-in-law, Lynn Harris and wife, Jeanine, of Lebanon; three sisters-in-law, Lyndale Sturgiss, of Lebanon; Carolyn “Susie’’ Harris, of Lebanon, and Charlotte Lister and husband, Terrill, of Overland Park, Kan.; a number of nieces and nephews, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Earnst Leon Schuenemeyer will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018, in the First Baptist Church of Richland, under the care and direction of Memorial Chapel of Richland. A private burial will be at a later date.
Memorial contributions in memory of Leon Schuenemeyer can be made to the Richland Alumni Association, Class of 1959, and contributions can be made in care of the funeral home.
