Longtime Lebanon attorney Donnelly dies at 93

Longtime Lebanon attorney Phillip David Donnelly, 93, died Wednesday evening at Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
He was the son of former Missouri Governor and Mrs. Phil Donnelly and the family roots transcend decades of service to Lebanon and Laclede County, as well as the state of Missouri.
After graduating from Lebanon High School, the University of Missouri and the University of Missouri School of Law, he entered his father’s law firm. He soon distinguished himself in his own right and for decades practiced law as senior partner in the firm which became Donnelly-Baldwin and Wilhite. Donnelly also served many years as Municipal Judge for the City of Lebanon.
