Rev. Robert Michael Rousselot, 61, of Thomas, Okla., formerly of Lebanon, died Feb. 24, 2017, in Oklahoma City, Okla., surrounded by loved ones.

He was born Aug. 23, 1955, in Oklahoma City, Okla. to Letha Faye Hedrick Rousselot and Joseph Michael Rousselot, who preceded him in death.

His career as a metal fabricator took him many places but ended with his employment at WW Livestock Equipment in Thomas, Okla., as a research and development engineer.

He attended services at First Baptist Church and Cowboy Church of Thomas, Okla. Prior to leaving Missouri, he was a devoted and beloved member of New Hope Baptist Church of Lebanon.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Mae Dampier Rousselot; his son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Andrea Rousselot, of Springfield; two grandchildren, Drake and Kyra; three sisters, Marilyn Draper, of Fair Grove; Carolyn Rousselot, of Yellville, Ark. and Mary Jo Corl, of Lebanon; other relatives and many friends.

A memorial service for Bob Rousselot will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 11, 2017, at New Hope Baptist Church of Lebanon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Flatwoods Cemetery in care of New Hope Baptist Church, Karen Menley, clerk, 237 Addison, Lebanon, or The Gideons International, P.O. Box 97251, Washington, D.C. 20090-7251.
