The Lebanon track and field team is off to a strong start to the 2017 season as the Yellowjackets won the girls’ side and the boys placed second in their home meet on Friday.

The ‘Jackets entered their entire squad in the meet, which also featured Sedalia, Marshfield, Bolivar, Camdenton, Waynesville and Rolla, and more than 600 athletes.

“It was one great performance after another, and it was a good night for us,” Lebanon head coach Shane Rebmann said.
